Watch out!! A gigantic cuttle-fish is attacking a diver.

Today we went to Kerama islands for fun diving.
The guest was Ima-chan on his 2nd day. Him chillaxing in a crack...

The visibility was awesome today, or I would say, as usual. And we set the wide angle lens and looked for something cool.
Beautiful reef with millions of tiny colourful fishes.

A vertical drop-off down to 40mtrs/130ft.

And tomorrow, we will be going to USS Emmons for wrapping up the wide lens session. There is nowhere suitable for the wide lens than Emmons. Can't wait!

今日はケラマ諸島までファンダイビングに行ってきました。
ゲストは昨日に続いていまちゃんです。今日もワイドレンズを付けての写真大会。

今日はリーフとドロップオフをメインに回りました。
リーフにはもう数えきれないほどのカラフルな幼魚・小さな魚達が文字通り乱舞していて、その他にもイソバナやソフトコーラルの群生がとても綺麗でした。
垂直に切り立ったドロップオフはとてもダイナミックで、カスミチョウチョウウオやグルクンの群れが群れていました。

もちろんカメ、サメ、コブシメをはじめに、色んな魚にも出会い、とても気持ちのいい３ダイブになりました。

いまちゃん、今日もありがとう。
今日も天候にも恵まれ、楽しいダイビングになったね。いい写真は撮れたかな？

そして明日はワイドな日々の締めくくりにはもってこいの、沈船・USS エモンズに行きます！！いやー、もうこれ以上の被写体は無いんじゃない！？楽しみだねー。

Yeeeeey!! The rainy season was officially over here in Okinawa and the summer is almost, or already, here!

And today, we went to Kerama islands for fun diving.

Today's theme. Wide angle lens.

Cameras usually narrow the sight so the photos you take won't be as wide as you see. However, this lens widens the sight of the camera, so the photos will be closer to what you see.
So all the photos today was taken through this lens. No nudie branch...

The guest was Ima-chan from Osaka. He loves a wide angle lens.

Actually, his lens was a lot wider.

梅雨明け！！！
本州より一足お先にここ沖縄では梅雨明けです。夏はもうソコ、またはもうココ。

そんな今日はケラマ諸島までファンダイビングに行って来ました。
ゲストはいまちゃん、大阪から来てくれました。

そんな今日のテーマは“ワイドレンズ”。通常より広い角度で写真が撮れるレンズを付けての写真大会となりました。

そんな中登場した被写体は、カメ×３匹、コブシメ、太陽が射し込んで幻想的なクレバス、等々。普段は見慣れてカメラを向けないクマノミもこのレンズで撮ると全然違う感じに撮れ、ホント新鮮。いやー楽しいねー。

快晴な中、気持ちのいい３ダイブになりました。

いまちゃん、今日はありがとねー。
いい写真は撮れた？きっとそのはず。
そして明日もまだまだワイド大会は続きます。大物出てくれないかなー？期待しましょー。

Intro diving @ Sunabe Seawall No.1 / 体験ダイビング＠砂辺 No.1

今日は砂辺で体験ダイビングを行ってきました。

ゲストは静岡から来てくれた八木さんと内田さん。

ニモとの遭遇。かなり寄ってます。

空は雨模様でも、水中は抜群の透明度。ソフトコーラルも満開！です。

水に慣れるのもとても早い２人でした。

２人とも今日はありがとうございます。
楽しんでくれたみたいで良かったです。ハマりそうハマりそうって連発してたし、時間があったらライセンス取得も考えてみては？

Today we went to Sunabe Seawall for intro diving.
The guests were Yagi-san and Uchida-san from Shizuoka.

The rainy season came back and the weather was not very nice today. However, the sea condition was still good, especially underwater. Almost zero current and the visibility was over 15mtrs which was very good for Sunabe.
And we saw Nemo, swam over the beautiful soft corals, saw sea snakes, etc.

They were very comfortable with the water and enjoyed diving very much.

Thank you guys for coming and diving with us today.
Diving was fun, huh? We were glad to hear you liked it. Maybe the license course next time?

Hi there.

Today we went to Kerama islands or fun diving.
The guests were Mei from Taiwan, Luna from South Korea, and Joaquin from Colombia.

A puffer fish got cleaned by cleaner fishes.

Another big puffer fish by the drop-off. We saw many puffer fishes today and most of them were kind of big.

A bluefin trevally passed right next to us.

During a safety stop.

There were many colourful fishes over the drop-off.

Also we saw a white spotted eagle ray, big octopus, a huge school of batfish, etc.

Although the sky was grey most of the time, the sea was still very nice and flat, and we had nice three dives.

ずっと続いた晴天も昨日で終わり、今日は曇り時々雨などんよりした空模様。ただ海のコンディションは相変わらずグッド。

そんな中、マダラトビエイから始まり、カメはタイマイとアオウミガメの２種類、サメ、何故かフグたくさん、しかもどれもデカい、ツバメウオの群れと言うか、大玉、等々まあ次から次へと色々出てきてくれました。

みんな今日はありがとねー。
ケラマでのダイビング、気に入ってくれたみたいで良かったです。また来る時は教えてね。
では残りの沖縄も楽しんでってー。

Yes, today, we went to Kerama islands for fun diving.

The guests were John on his second day, and Amandine and Xavier from France. At this moment, none of them knew what they would see in 30mins.

The weather was still stunning today.

今日はケラマ諸島までファンダイビングに行ってきました。
ゲストは昨日に続いて２日目のジョンと、フランスから来てくれたアマンディンとザビエルの計３人でした。

今日のハイライトは何と言ってもマンタ！マンタレイ！！オニイトマキエイです！！！それも３枚出ました。
いやー、やっぱいいね。年一回も見ないけど、ホントいつも思う、何あのカタチ？何？何？なんて優雅な泳ぎ方！もうアドレナリン出まくりでした。

他にもサメやカメにマダラトビエイも見たけど、全てがかすんでしまいました。
あー、しばらくはアツいケラマになりそうだ。

みんな今日はありがとねー。
ホントラッキーだったね。喜んでくれて良かったです。
残りの沖縄・日本滞在も楽しんでね。
