December Kicked off and it got cold, especially today due to the north wind. And the sea was very rough, so many beaches were closed. But don't worry, there is always somewhere divable in Okinawa.
So today, we had an Advanced course starting and went to Kin Red Beach on the east coast.
This site is popular in winter since it is always nice and calm, also it is famous for shooting macro creatures.
The candidates were Eric and Xiuling from Singapore. Welcome to Okinawa!!
In the 1st dive, we did finning technique training. Visibility was not good as you can see.
Actually I was very surprised that they were very good at buoyancy control for their blank. Eric hadn't dove for almost three years.

A lion-fish. Xiuling saw this first time in her life.
The 2nd dive was night diving.
Well done Xiuling and Eric today. Have a nice rest tonight, and tomorrow we will do three dives up in the north.

１２月が始まりましたよー。って、もう４日だけど。
そしてとたんに寒くなった。北風ビュービュー。って事で海も荒れ荒れ。でも安心を。常に何処か潜れるトコはあります。信じる者に道は開ける。。。
ってことで、今日はアドバンスコースが始まり、空港でお客さんをピックアップした後、東海岸にある金武レッドビーチまで行ってきました。
このビーチは、北風が吹き海が荒れ出す冬場に人気があります。後、マクロ生物がたくさん出てくる事でも有名。
生徒はエリックとシウリン、シンガポールからです。メンソレータム。
１本目は、フィンキックの練習をしました。
ここで２人の浮力コントロールが上手い事に少しビックリ。エリックなんて、３年ぶりだってのに。２人とも綺麗に水平姿勢が取れてました。
そして２本目はナイトダイブ 。あまり魚は見れなかったけど、普段とは違う世界に２人ともテンション高かった。
シウリン、エリック、今日はお疲れさまー。ゆっくり休んで、明日は北部で３ダイブだー。
*つ、ついに２３℃台が出た。。。
