Today we went to Cape Maeda for Scuba Diver course Day2.

The guest was Mia from New Zealand.
She finished the pool session yesterday so it was time to do the "real" dive in the sea.

It poured last night so I was a bit worried about the condition, especially the visibility, but it was good actually.

Moray eel yawning.

There really were lots of nudie branches.

Mia was very comfortable underwater and all the skills were done smoothly, so we went into the "Blue Cave" in the 3rd dive.

And more nudies.

Plus flat worm.

All good.
Thanks Mia for your hard work today, especially climbing up and down a hundred of flight of stairs.
Now you have two more dives to go. Hope the condition stays good and we will have some more fun tomorrow.

By the way we received several emails from inside and outside Japan about the earthquake happened today here in Okinawa. Actually we didn't feel anything at all. Did it really occur?
Anyway thanks for your concerns. We are totally fine.

今日は強い南西の風の中、真栄田岬にスクーバダイバーコース・２日目を行いにいってきました。

ゲストはミア、ニュージーランドからです。
昨日初日をプールで終えて、今日はいよいよ“本当”のダイビング。

いざエントリーしてみると、ミアはとても落ち着いていて、初めての海でのダイビングとは思えないくらい。スキルもサクサクこなしていきました。
そして時間もあったので、３本目は“青の洞窟”にも行って来ました。

出会った生物は、ウツボ、ツバメウオの群れ、ミノカサゴ、ウミヘビ、たくさんのウミウシ、etc, etc, etc.
海は終止穏やかで、昨日の土砂降りの影響で心配してた透明度も、全然問題なかったです。明日もこうならいいのになー。

ミア、今日はおつかれさま。階段の上り下りもよく頑張ったー。
明日は残りの２ダイブ。コンディションいいことを祈りましょー。
今日はぐっすり寝て、また明日の朝ね。
